Legal Notice: If these Terms & Conditions are presented in a language other than English, the translation was arranged by an independent specialist translator with ISO certification 17100:2015. If there is any dispute, the court will honor the English-language contract text and it is the only language that shall be valid.

✓ Allowed: Personal and commercial use of processed images, batch processing within limits, sharing results on social media.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- ✗ Using automated systems to access the service without authorization
- ✗ Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- ✗ Circumventing usage limits or security measures
- ✗ Reselling or redistributing the service without permission
2.3 Service Limitations
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, excessive use, or suspicious activity.
We may impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.
Intellectual Property & Liability
3.1 Intellectual Property Rights
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CutoutPhoto and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain all rights to images you upload and process through our service. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it as necessary to provide the service.
3.2 Data Processing & Privacy
Protecting your personal data in using our platform is our responsibility. We exclusively process data based on the legal regulations. Your data will be processed for us to fulfill a contractual relationship that has a legal basis in relation to the formation of a business relationship.
Data Protection
We process uploaded images temporarily to provide the service. Images are automatically deleted from our servers after processing. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Important Disclaimer
In no event shall CutoutPhoto, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
Modifications & Termination
4.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
4.2 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
